John has more than 28 years experience servicing all sectors of the Melbourne property market. John holds a full estate agents licence, and is a member of both the REIV and Property Council of Australia.

John's main area of expertise is specialist independent property advisory.  His clients range from large corporates such as the HWT Group and John Fairfax Limited, to leading legal firms, accounting firms, restaurateurs and institutional bodies.

John is equally able to assist individuals with independent advice concerning their sales and leasing requirements.

Philip is a multi-skilled property sector professional with a solid career encompassing a progression of roles from property valuer, real estate agent, property asset manager, property finance executive and independent property consultant.

He is experienced in all the main property classes of office, industrial and retail property and also the specialist areas of hospitality, retirement villages and residential development.  Core capability of identifying property market opportunities through the property cycle and formulating and implementing business plans, then leadership through to completion.

Peter Leckey

Principal Consultant

Peter has over 20 years of experience in financial structuring and advisory activities including the raising of capital and arranging finance to facilitate the transactions.  In particular, he has a focus on the property sector for both corporate and government clients in property development and the raising of third party capital for the acquisition, disposal or further development of properties.  He has extensive experience in the structuring and establishment of property trusts for fund managers, property developers and Corporates as well as identifying suitable counterparties for the acquisition or disposal of assets.
